SmartWrite™ is a unique technology developed by QLogic to reduce the number of round trip delays to a single round trip delay associated with “Write” operation over long distances. It also provides Hi-Fn based data compression for low bandwidth WAN links. Thus, SANbox 6142 substantially improves data replication performance over long distances.
