eInput is a front-end distributed capture system that enables users to capture and submit scanned documents from remote locations via a simple Internet connection.

eInput provides a Web-based, thin-client environment for scanning, importing and indexing images or electronic files. eInput allows organizations to distribute tasks across physical sites - regardless of their geographic locations - by providing remote users the ability to send and index information without having to install scanning applications.

ACQUIRE & VIEW IMAGES

Using a browser, eInput enables users to acquire and view images, in color or black and white, from either a scanner or file system. Images that have already been scanned and are available through the file-system or on a network can be added by selecting files using a dialog box. Single or multiple images can be assembled into a document and stored as a separate file with the ability to insert or delete pages at any phase in the process. In addition, eInput also allows users to manage multiple documents by maintaining a log of sent and unsent documents. eInput is revolutionary in that it provides the ability to import and index virtually any file type.

INDEX & SEND

eInput enables images and index fields for a document to be modified at any time. Users can scroll through the document to review its contents and once it is assembled, choose to either send the document immediately or schedule it for delivery at a later time.
