Promark Technology has been awarded its own GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. Unlike other contract holders, Promark has negotiated a two-tier distribution agreement with GSA. Under this arrangement, Promark is allowed to authorize resellers to sell directly to the government off of its GSA contract.
To become authorized as a reseller on the Promark GSA Schedule, a reseller must complete an authorized government reseller agreement.
Allowances by the manufacturer must be made to ensure Promark resellers' GSA pricing is equivalent to those offered by the manufacturer to direct GSA contract resellers (if applicable).
