Promark’s Professional Services Team is 100% Channel Focused and provides resellers and solutions providers with access to certified System Engineers who work with as an extension to the channel partner’s team. Promark’s Professional Services Team offer both pre and post sales engineering support. Promark PS team offers configuration design, installation and integration support services, as well as custom Statements of Work (SOW) for complex solutions. Promark’s PS team is trained and certified on Promark’s vendors as well as other industry leading products including: VMware, Veeam, and HP.
